We ask the tough question in this video; just how good was Ron Harper when he played with MJ himself?
Looking back to this players time on the Bulls, it’s clear to see that he definitely wasn’t the one in the spotlight. However, with the recent Netflix special of ‘the last dance’ we are able to get a more in depth look at Harper’s time as a player during this time in the NBA.
The Chicago Bulls had many very strong players during the time that Ron Harper was playing in the league; Michael Jordan being the number one, of course.
However, would Harper have been more widely recognized as a star player had he had fewer powerhouse teammates during this time? We like to think with all of his highlights while playing on the Lakers, his incredible dunks and impressive skills on the court, that he just might have been.
Throughout this video we will be discussing Ron Harper’s career and more specifically, his position on the Chicago Bulls during MJ’s time.
